Can you clear endocrine disruptors from the body?

Some of this chemistry is in and out. Some of it stays. A juice, a binder, or a product named “EDC cleanse” does not sort them for you. The useful question is which one you are touching today, and whether the next dose is optional.

Shorter stay, if you stop adding: many phthalates, and BPA or BPS. Hours to a couple of days. The problem is the next receipt, the next hot plastic, the next perfume. Long stay: PFAS, for years in some of that family, and lead, which can sit in bone for decades and can release in pregnancy. You do not flush those with a tea.

What to do

• Stop heating food in plastic. That cuts the next BPA or BPS dose.
• Decline thermal paper. Wash before you eat.
• Do not buy a cleanse, a binder stack, or an estrogen-balance bottle from an ad.
• If a clinician already named a medicine or a test, that plan stays theirs.
• Lead and old paint, old pipes, or a known exposure are a clinician conversation, not a kitchen hack.

Short answers

So sweating, sauna, or charcoal clears them?

Not as a protocol from this page. Sweat is not a filter for PFAS or lead. A sauna can be a comfort. It is not a detox claim.

If it stays, why bother?

Because the short-stay chemicals are most of the weekday traffic, and you can turn that volume down. The long-stay ones are a reason not to lie to yourself with a cleanse, not a reason to do nothing about heat and scent.

Is this medical treatment?
