EDC guide

I want a cleaner load around this body — whether I am preventing what I can, or already in a hard season.

You want a baby, or you are already holding a hard word in this house — yours, his, a parent’s, a child’s. Allergy. Eczema. Asthma. Early puberty. A cancer season. Endocrine disruptors are chemistry that can talk to hormones. They show up in ordinary days: packaging, receipts, dust, some personal care, water in some places, plastic with heat. Also at home, in toys — including those viral squishy-type toys with documented chemical issues. Clothes, too: synthetics, some sun-protective finishes. You do not need a panic. You need a map you can live with.

This guide is so you can lower everyday exposures — for fertility, how genes are expressed, metabolic and heart health, the timing of puberty in girls, and the air and plate that sit next to allergic skin and lungs — for you, and for the people you care for. We do not promise a diagnosis disappears. We give the weekday levers the weight they deserve.

The fertility course still teaches the *why* (Module 03). This guide is the house on its own — more rooms, more Tuesday, organized as a map you can live. It is sold on its own today. A companion price, if you already own the course, comes later.

Guide. Endocrine disruptors

What this is for

Concrete places the science already talks — not abstract awareness.

  • Fertility, yours and his. Hormones that have to do their work in a body that also lives in the modern world.
  • Early puberty in girls — common, real, worth knowing how to lower load at home without turning childhood into a lab.
  • Allergy, eczema, asthma — in you or in a child. Fragrance, dust, damp, and some dyes are aggravators the science already talks about. Quieter air is not a cure. It is still a lever.
  • A cancer season in the house. We say cancer when that is the word. Association is not destiny, and it is not a reason to stop treatment. The kitchen is still a lever beside care.
  • Metabolic and heart health. The same chemistry that talks to hormones does not stay in one room of the body. Microplastics have a 2024 note in arterial plaque research — association, named clearly.
  • Epigenetics: environment can influence how genes are expressed. Sleep, food, stress — and the chemicals you live with.

The map

Packaging, receipts, dust, some personal-care products, water in some areas, plastics with heat, some jobs. Home and toys belong here too. Association in a study is not your personal story — and it is still worth knowing the landscape.

The swaps

Boring on purpose: less heat on plastic when you can, a damp cloth on dust, a window when the air outside allows, glass or steel for hot drinks if it fits the kitchen you actually have. Toys and personal care you can actually change this month.

The questions

What in your history or your family’s matters here? Any local water advisory you should know? What can wait? Bring the question to the clinician. Leave the spiral in the parking lot if you can.

Also on this map

  • PFAS, named clearly, without a horror headline
  • Microplastics — a 2026 note, connected to the rest of the map
  • Indoor air and dust: progress you can keep
  • No “EDC-free” badge. No cleanse. No stack.
